Requirements:

  • Engaging with customers and suppliers through phone and email communication.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure accurate processing of customer orders.
  • Keeping the broader team informed of any order-related issues or developments.
  • Coordinating with suppliers during the order placement process.
